The hotel was so good and staff also friendly. It is very near the temple. Good for family

Located near seashore, food was good, service also good, hot water came on all taps which needs to be fixed

The rooms were well maintained even with their high occupancy. The complimentary dental kit and water bottles were a thoughtful addition for the price. The washrooms were clean, tidy, and among the best in this range.

Poor service and No parking available, They don't give us towels book two rooms for 5000 . if anyone have other options please try some other hotel. Thank you.

Location of the hotel is very near to Naazhikinaru theertham. This is a positive point. So that we can go for sea bath and Naazhikinaru bath then we can go for darshan. Rooms are good and having decent vegetarian restaurant in the ground floor. This hotel also have hourly package scheme. Good option for one day travelers. But no car parking available. This is big minus. I searched lot to park my car. So that I will give following rating segment wise. Rooms- 5/5. Lift- 5/5. Ac, ventilation - 5/5. Car parking - 1/5. Reception staff- 5/5. I didn't tried Geyser since hot climate there.

toiletries provided only after request, No proper lights , No heaters, no car parking, not even single native language speaking person in the restaurant. Terrible experience they have multiple hotels and restaurants in brand name Chitra especially most them confused like me instead of Chitra hotel I booked Chitra Temple view , most of them requested to change from here to their another restaurant near the temple which has all facilities I stayed there once . Before booking check that.

Located close to the temple and beach, but nit many food outlets nearby. Had to manage with the small chitra Cafe adjacent to the hotel. Food was not bad, though meals was not available at lunchtime
