I would like to raise a concern regarding my recent booking through MakeMyTrip for Hotel Chitra Temple View. I booked the hotel at 4:25 PM on 8th November 2025 and checked in around 9:30 PM on the same day. However, the system automatically selected the check-in window as 11 AM, 8th Nov to 10 AM, 9th Nov, which is unfair since my booking and stay both started well within the same day. Because of this incorrect timing, the hotel is now asking for an additional day’s charge just to extend my checkout till 4:30 PM today, even though I did not occupy the room during the previous night. Additionally, I noticed that the direct booking rate at the hotel is , while I was charged through MMT for the same room and date, without any additional inclusions or benefits. I request MakeMyTrip to please: 1. Review the booking timestamp and check-in time to confirm that it was a same-day booking. 2. Coordinate with the hotel to waive or refund the additional day’s charge. 3. Provide a refund or MMT Wallet adjustment for the overcharged price difference. Kindly treat this as a genuine grievance and help resolve it at the earliest. And top of it i requested supervisor call back but i did not received yet

Excellent family stay! The room with 2 queen beds and AC was well-maintained for 6 people(4 adults and 2 kids). Staff service and the cafe were great. Unbeatable location: 5-10 min walk to the temple. Highly recommend family for convenience and comfort!

Location of the hotel is very near to Naazhikinaru theertham. This is a positive point. So that we can go for sea bath and Naazhikinaru bath then we can go for darshan. Rooms are good and having decent vegetarian restaurant in the ground floor. This hotel also have hourly package scheme. Good option for one day travelers. But no car parking available. This is big minus. I searched lot to park my car. So that I will give following rating segment wise. Rooms- 5/5. Lift- 5/5. Ac, ventilation - 5/5. Car parking - 1/5. Reception staff- 5/5. I didn't tried Geyser since hot climate there.
