Terrible Stay

On 25/05/2024 i had booking at casa de joana deluxe for one night stay, when we reached at hotel had telephonic conversation with property owner initially he denied our booking and told us to cancel booking, we try to convince him after 15-20 minutes one guy came at reception and he asked about our booking and after checking our ids he provided one small room which was too dirty, no ac or even fan working properly, facilities shown at the time of booking was not fullfing at least 25 percentage of our expectations. Really we had very bad experience at above mentioned restaurant. Thanking you.
