The room shown on app were no where matching the reality. When asked the manager about room pics shown and real conditions of rooms, he said pics are 10 years old and it is mistake of platform from where you booked, go to them i don't know mm t or anything. If you want to stay, stay otherwise leave. I was traveling with family (father, sister and kids) and we checked in around 10-11 in night. And he is saying to leave at night and search for another hotel and complain to booking platform not to me.

total waste of money.

Wash basin damage, no soap, very rude staff, booked with breakfast but no breakfast given in hotel, worst housekeeping, worst staff service, cockroaches in bathroom, no exhaust in bathroom, no towels in bathroom, there is no manager in hotel, only peon, cleaning staff managing the hotel, after paid booking rooms were not available at checking time, no cleaning of room before guest check in, so much issues, got frustrated with staff response, it better to stay on road instead of this hotel.
