CALANGUTE BEACH SIDE HOTEL

Pros:-friendly staff-close to the beachcons:-no towels or soap is provided unless asked-rat & lizard issue-no daily housekeeping is done-bedsheets are not changed if you are staying for more than a day. -no power backup facility

I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. The owner was rude, not at all hygienic, windows and door were broken.

There is no water from midnight no ac not proper room lights are gone staff is useless

Hotelier was not polite enough and they offered my non ac room while i booked deluxe ac room. Also hotelier was not available when required. No regular house cleaning per day, no water bottles available. No wi-fi overall unsatisfactory rating would not recommend this place to others in future. The hotel should be calangute beach hotel but the accommodations was provided in gabriel guest house adjacent of calangute beach hotel being both hotel of same owner. Unhygienic washroom no shops no hand wash was provided in the washroom no towel no cleaning on regular basis no bedsheet change on regular basis.

Switch broken, locks are loose, no response to phone calls

Owner didn't allow us to check in. Even not willing to talk properly. Kindly refund our money asap. Sir/madam we didn't stay there as owner didn't allow us. Please refund my money.

Please never ever book this hotel. I have terrible experience on this hotel. I have booked this hotel for oct 03 2022 for 1 day. Rooms are not same as looks in the photo. Not clean rooms, dirty wash room arrogant staffs no parking not provided blankets, ac remotes old damaged beds dirty bed sheets limited access to swimming pool and swimming pool is not big as shown in the picture property owner stay's in ground floor owner lady is very arrogant when i was complaints about the inconvenience that lady started snorting. Worst experience in my life

Hygiene is good, and stay also good

Location is prime but should maintain some hygiene and service was not good they were not answering the call

Property owner is very rude. We reached goa around 6am. Super exhausted with train journey. But the owner is not available and not picking up the call to check-in. Waited for 2hrs to get a room and very much disappointed with the hygeine. Everything is broken and vomit-ting smell around the room. Owner is so rude. Not a safe place to stay and keep your luggages. Horrible experience

Property location is good nice view also a safe place to stay

Room service very bad but room good

Two rooms booked together not adjacent, asked for rs 700 to change rooms. Rooms are okay, had a cockroach issue at night.

Don't go there, very bad facilities, seelan room, no tv, no ac
