pros 360 degree city full view from their roof top Neat and clean rooms Tasty food best restaurant service fridge inside the room if booked single room best ambience inside room and reception good and cooperative staff cons room is bit small Food price bit higher side No lift available in the property No parking facility overall very good stay for youngsters and couples, highly recommended

Dear Guest, sorry to hear your stay was not up to your expectations. However, we are really having a hard time understanding what the issues were. Your room had been freshly renovated and reopened just a few days before your stay and our manager had personally checked and everything was working properly. If there were any problems you should have just told any of the staff and we would have been there to help you out. Also, this is the first time we've had a negative review about our staff, so really not understanding what the issue is.

property was good. There was no rooftop cafe as shown in pictures because of some reason. But in general it was clean and good. And staff was very Polite and professional.

The experience was not nice at all! The manager was rude. The rooms were dirty and were even smelling bad. The bedsheets were dirty and so were the blankets and pillow covers. The bathroom was dirty. The wash basin was also dirty. The lights in the room were not working at all. The AC was also kinda broken 'cause it wasn't cooling the room at all. So yeah never visiting that place ever again.

To anyone reading this review these pictures are NOT from our property. Our plugs, walls and floor are different colors and materials, and most of all, CLEAN! I had a lovely, relaxing time at this place. It was everything I needed and wanted from a hostel and very new, clean and homely. The staff member treated me very well and was very pleasant. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely return. Its been a week now , having my best time
