There was a name earlier! I never had such an experience, eventhouh, I paid for two days, we vaccated after one nights stay. Bathromm all leakimg, there was no internet or TV facilities! Not hygiene maintained the towel they give, the sample soap all below standard products! food quality poor, besides no invoices provided for food bills. I spent only one night, next day afternoon checked out, surprisingly, no checkout form to be signed (the only hotel) they said akll will come from make my trip!!!I do travel, but hotels never select from your site, , now confirmed your offers without verifying the hotels. Totally a hopeless stay.

The booking by us through make my trip was never intimated to the hotel by your person. We were denied rooms by the hotel when we reached there on 27th March 2025 midnight with my family. It was a nightmare experience . Finally the amount was refunded to us and we had to book rooms again separately .

Cleaning of room not done in my 3 nights/4 days stay and also complimentary water bottles(500ml) limited per bottle per person, I need to call many times to get my complimentary bottle. It’s surprising why hotel can’t provide the guests sufficient water.

Hotel is average not worth for price

Location good. Food is good. Room near and clean but fittings in room and bathroom need replacement. No kettle in room or any room service early morning. Reception not capable of arranging cab.

I have checked in at mid night 12:45 the man who is working for night at that hotel behaved rudely with us he had booking id in computer and he was saying he doesn’t have my name. He tried to loot us at that particular moment definitely not recommended

Worst experience. I booked ac room but ac was not working. Spent terrible night. Im not recommended

Centrally located. Friendly reception staff. Decent food vegetarian. Only issue is mobile signals not clear in backside rooms.

It's very close to secunderabad taj hotel and cm r shopping mall on one side and metro line on the other other side. Spacious room, comfortable stay with multicousin restaurant. Good staff, paradise centre is in walkable distance for shopping. Affordable price

Friendly staff. . Food quality above average. Though mobile connectivity and signals are weak in some rooms. Could improve in hot water availability. .

Room no 111, there was an open window in the toilet behind which construction activity was going on. Not private at all. Also too noisy. Poor service.

Hotel was very bad and i checked out within two hours though i had booked for two nights. Lobby, stairs, washrooms and even the bed were dirty. Not worth the money at all.

The hotel is under renovation. Complete dust and rubble in the walkway, badly maintained bathroom doors and sanitary fittings, small service lift made use of as a stopgap passenger lift, no bell boy available while checking out, noisy environment due to repair works etc, were all the most unexpected issues that we faced in our short stay of 2 days

Decenr hotel, food is good, some renovation work-going on, hopefully its going engace the experience

Good for stay

I arrived at 8. 15 am on the scheduled day and was charged rs. 400 extra. I did not have challenge for paying, but very rude behavior of the staff at the counter. Wifi was not working; hence room got changed, but the other room also had very poor connectivity. At the counter, i was conveyed as the customers from mm t behave in a unfair way and the gentleman said as they will move away from mm t soon. I am traveling for three decades, but worst experience. Thanks.
