Excellent Stay

The BB Grand had a wonderful atmosphere that felt just like a premium 4-star property. The staff was well-educated, professional, polite, and extremely warm in their approach. The service was excellent, and the staff made sure every guest felt comfortable and valued. The food was delicious, with excellent quality as well as generous portions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend this BB Grand to others.

The stay was fantastic, and the room was spacious and comfortable. However, it was difficult to connect with the service lines, as no one picked up the phone. The food was tasty, but slightly overcooked (we ordered naan and chicken masala). As someone from the BB Grand industry, I would suggest placing a menu card and the service line numbers in the room for guest convenience. Also, the handwash bottle in the bathroom was almost empty.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was neat, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was smooth and prompt. The BB Grand was also quiet, clean, and had a nice overall atmosphere. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I’d be happy to stay here again whenever I’m in the area, and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
