Best ever stay we had in goa. Mr. Jimi and his wife are very friendly and calm towards guest. If you're here in calangute it's a must stay place. A good ambience in a peak place with best price.

Proper neat and cleanless. Best location, owner has helping nature. Staying so nice.

This hotel was really very good. It's very clean and good location. The owner of the hotel was the best person I had met in Goa. Owner is very cooperative. I must say this hotel is really very good n you must try.

Stay was good and room is average and owner was so responsive and lady over there was irritating by her speaking, just for complaining for one thing, she had frustrated and irritated us for two days but owner was so good, his response also very good.

Location superb very near to Baga market road nearby beaches both Baga and Calangute beaches are at walk-able distance, through main market road. Rooms with all basic amenities. Food didn't try here. Best choice for people who want a hotel just to sleep and bath and then roaming outside entire day.

Hotel is located nearby Calangute but not on walk-able distance. Room was clean, spacious and decent. But someone need to be there to help guests if anything required late-night you need to go down to there house wake them up and ask if they can help you with the issue.
They had no clue of reservations when we checked in had to call owner to confirm reservation. We had issue with water supply though they mentioned we might have left tap open that's the reason. Not sure.

Walk-able distance to city's lane need to beach.

It's a place which is between Calangute and Baga, so very convenient for night life if you are a party animal. For the price offered, it's absolutely good deal, totally loved the place as it was very clean and hospitality was great. Will surely come back here. Thanks guys.
It's a very nice place for the price offered. Very close to Baga and Calangute. It was totally value for money stay. We enjoyed our 3 days stay and thanks to the management. They are very friendly. They in fact allowed us to stay for half a day more as our flight was late evening. Thank you once again. We love Goa, so will definitely come back here.

Room are neat and clean, room service, only not there properly.
Room wise all good but room service are not well they didn't provide water and food by room service, all taken by outside.

Bad rooms, poor services, poor condition of towels, least bothered staff, noisy old AC.
