The address provided on makemytrip was incorrect, leading me to wander around the city searching for the hotel. Eventually, i discovered that the hotel i had booked had been closed for several months. I was then offered a bed in another dormitory, which turned out to be in terrible condition.

first thing what pictures they uploaded that is totally different even though location to was different and I got to know that in last few days they shifted there villa. Even they didn't informed any thing related this , when I called up they said ma'am you have to come on second location like this was very unprofessional thing happened to me yesterday. It was very bad experience 👍

This hostel is closed one month ago he will send you another place pink nest store room. It is a store room without window and go outside for toilet and dot forget a water with you is a place for animals only

not very clean and don't even have fan in the dorm. I will suggest just pay 100 rupees extra and book a better hostel. I would not recommend this to anyone.

The room service could have been better the place didn't have ample sunlight into the room and we were promised a room on the roof as per the images but we got a ground floor room with no sunlight whatsoever we kept asking for them for room service but we got it for only first day and the rest never happened they didn't change sheets, bed covers nor gave us new blankets apart from the fact that it had ac there was nothing good about the lift in the name of a room never going back there again horrible service

Pathetic! ram away from this place mid and spent my night at the railway station such was the condition of the room. Dirty sheets and pillows, the ac was not cooling, called the manager but he refused to show up. All he gave us was a table fan in this scorching heat. Very morbid vibes this place gives.

soloThe room doesn't have dustbin, and washroom dustbin is not made clean during my for last 2 days. 2nd day the didn't changed the bedsheet. The washroom doesn't have tissue paper. At night there is no staff at reception for help. Room have insects like cockroach. Even after requesting i didn't got dustbin and tissue paper. For 1. 5 hours late check out, i requested owner to do let me check out 1. 5 hours late without charge, but he said i have to pay 300 rs otherwise he will call police for throwing me out of property, were as reception guy told me they charge 100 rs per hour for late check out. As i have adjusted every issue i faced at the hotel, so i was expecting free late check out, but police threatening behaviour of property owner gaurav sharma was very terrible for me, i said to him, i was not well last night hence i woke up late doing check out late, but he said he don't care he want money else he will do police help to vacate me from hotel. I am going to write an email with evidence of amenities issues i faced at the hotel. I felt so disrespected, this is very pathetic behaviour of property owner and staff towards me. I paid them for late check out thanks.
