The stay was good

Property is ok but premium rooms are newly constructed. Staff is untrained. No dedicated parking for hotel guests.

pros :- the stay was pleasant, the premium rooms were spacious, neat and tidy, centrally located, helpful staff and well spoken. cons:- no real breakfast buffet, lack of parking space

Property is very different to what you see on photos. Also no buffet. Over all prices charged does not justify the facilities you get. Their was some items in the breakfast which was not included in the complimentary combo they sell with room, so i feel no need to waste your money on this hotel.

Room is fairly equipped very spacious staff is polite and decent location of hotel is very picturesque. Ample parking and delicious food. Only issue was with wifi signal. Wifi signal was poor in room so couldn’t work.

In winter month charged extra for room heater in addition to hotel stay price.

It was horrible entrance. After rising 20-25 stairs, you reach reception. No lift. Room has no tea/coffee kettle. Contrary to your ad, no complementary breakfast. Food was average but service was good.

Very bad experience. I think it should not be listed at your website as an average property.

Avoidable, bad experience. Shady people at the reception first put off the day. Room was spacious but it is no where a 3 star property. Bed linen and pillow was damp and smelly. Fan made so much noise I had to switch it off, air-conditioner was dripping water so in short I stayed without any fresh air. Property was not maintained and needs desperate painting. Sound insulation is non existent, all evening I was able to listen to all the television programs that the neighborhood was watching. Enter on ground floor and climb a flight of steps that reminds me of some fort in Rajasthan. I understand hilly but my poor parents can never imagine coming to Ashiana, not that I would recommend. With all this I was scared to try their food so can't comment. And yes there are no amenities in case one travels with a driver. Never will return.
