Very well maintained and clean rooms. Owner behaved very nicely and was very helpful.

The stay is good, washroom should be inside the room

Worst experience. Wifi was not working tv was not working. Hospitality was worst. Lots of restrictions. Worst management.

There was no attached bathroom in my room. And this is totally unacceptable for my stay with family. It's giving a feeling that staying in dharmshala, because even i stayed in your hotel in ujjain was having attached bathroom. And this was much costlier.

Property is 3km alibag beach. O

Property is close to nh 166 and close to alibaug beach and varsoli beach. There is no restaurant in the property. Restaurants are close by but need a car to travel. Alternatively, home cooked food can be ordered and had at the convenience of the dining room

Awesome place to stay with your family. No issues at all. Place is surrounded with scenic beauty. Cleaned and beautiful room. View outside of the rooms were also good.

It was nice and happy stay. And owner of the Cottage was so sincere n good natured.

Room was too small. There were two large windows with transparent glass because of that there was no privacy. As per facilities available it was very costly. Although care takers nature was good and he was helpful

Very well maintained, properly cleaned rooms and entire area, no dusting anywhere. Only problem is, due to cloudy climate we couldn't get hot water from solar and only one bathroom among all having electric heater, hence we 9 people used it. Peaceful, well surrounding and enjoyable experience.

The stay is good but need to order food few hours before from outside, no breakfast facility. Also there is hot water issue. Drinking water charged extra.

It was a good stay at Arnita Cottage. Owner was nice. Room were spacious and cleaned. It is a good stay to stay for family and kids.

Room was very clean and neat. Stay location was very peaceful. Owners were indeed very cooperative. Got very useful tips regarding restaurants. Treated us like family friend. Served breakfast and tea which was very testy. This place is indeed home away from home.
