poorest experience... less than 1 star property . property with no intercom , a private mobile number was given for calling facility . full of mosquitos , after complaining I got to know they use some private cheap oil in all out mosquito dispenser to save cost . breakfast come with only tea and bread butter option . geyser with 3 liter capacity . Old smelly building .

Rooms had a damp and cigarette smell. Also the water was muddy. It ruined my hair and i couldn't sleep due to everything being itchy

I was extremely disappointed with the hotel. The rooms were dark, gloomy, and had an unpleasant smell. The food was far from satisfactory—especially the chicken in the fried rice, which was chewy and had a stale odor. This experience was far below my expectations. The path to the room was through dark, poorly lit alleys, and the hotel didn’t have a lift, which made the experience even more inconvenient and uncomfortable. One corner of the room and the AC vents were covered in spider webs, clearly showing that the room had not been properly cleaned. This lack of cleanliness was very disappointing.

It was a good stay overall here. Food was good and rooms are also clean and spacious. Will surely come again.

Resort are excellent well maintained. Hotel staff behaviour very kindness. Food quality are excellent.

Dust was coming out of the towel. Rooms need renovation sofa covers are worn out hygiene issues no maintenance of swimming pool

Excellent kitchen, so food tastes good. Abysmal levels of hygiene in the entire hotel. Below par standards of service by the reception staff. They don’t offer airport pick and drop. But overall the dinginess, and damp squalor has seeped into its walls.

The property is overtly charges. The rooms and hygiene is not up to the mark. The staff are not welcoming. The management is purely indecent and rude. Their security is good but far far far beyond reasonable limits. It seems they have some gate pass formalities which is unheard of. P poor communication and coordination between management and ground level staff. God bless this property and it’s management. Thanks

Poor service, no cleaning, food is vey bad, worse hotel i have ever seen. Don’t waste your time & money for this hotel, no value of money

The hotel did not have any communication about our booking from makemytrip so had to face hassles at the reception despite booking and paying well in advance. The ac and fan did not have any speed or temperature control so we froze all night. The bathroom ran out of water, the tv had a broken plug, the room slippers were dirty, the shower gel was half empty, the towel was very light. We asked for an extra bottle of water which was promptly provided. However we were later told it was chargeable so we returned it (luckily still unused. The only saving grace was the room size, the clean bed and an extra blanket which was already provided.

Stay was okay which met the requirements of being close to IIM. The food is good. Rooms had mosquito. The way the gate of the hotel remains closed gives an impression of some wrong activities taking place in the hotel

It was a horrible experience ever had in a hotel. Every thing was so dirty and untidy. Even water wasn't there in taps. There was no exhaust fan in the washroom. Telephone was so dirty. No bathroom slippers. No working wifi. No water provided by hotel. Such a low class hotel. Would have easily got such a hotel. Please help with this issue.

Most third class hotel in my life.

Food was too cheap ... Room service wasn't for 24×7, and can't access swimming pool because of a marriage ceremony. Room was nice .. Service was not satisfied for the money. Environment was not bad.

The hotel stay was good only because of its proximity to IIM Kolkata. The room is spacious, clean. Service is very slow. The facilities were found to be minimal, better come prepared with utilities. MMT discount helped.

Nothing was worth it. The room was untidy. The facility was very slow. The bathrooms were not properly cleaned. Neither the basic amenities ( water bottle, newspaper, kettle, Bath soap etc was provided. It took then almost 2 hours to give us a proper room. The geyser wasn't working. In all suggest you not to opt for it ever even if you not left with any other option.

The place is right next to IIM and is the only reason why people would want to come this far. The staff was rude. They were reluctant to offer even water and there was no breakfast either. Skip the place if you can. Even for Iim it might just be better to find something slightly far
