It was good experience, staff behavior and overall good

The hotel is located right in cheruthony town by the roadside. The rooms are spacious and amenities like hot water (in the bathroom) were available round the clock. Reasonably good service attitude of the staff. Some amenities like water kettle and bathing soap were provided on request; some (like shirt hangers) were not provided. Food from nearby hotels were ok but not much variety or high quality. All-in-all good place for a short stay in an off-beat town.

Was not comfortable as expected, there were no WiFi getting in the room, when I address this issue to the receptionist he advise me to go to next floor where they have WiFi router! Last it was good but there are lot to improve as a hotel which is listed in MMT.

An average hotel and nothing has seen special there even it's newest than other hotels nearby
