ama Stays & Trails | Arabidacool Bungalow

The place had an old charm, and while renovations are needed, our stay was peaceful and satisfying. The highlight was definitely the food, which was exceptional. The hospitality and service were top-notch. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to escape the chaos of everyday life and enjoy a tranquil break.

The stay was lovely. The bungalow was clean and the rooms very spacious. The heritage feel. The garden in the front was a great view and a lovely space to spend time at. The staff were polite and professional. The food was awesome! thanks to kumar, madhu and perumal who took good care of us. A place worth visiting again.

Had taken 5 senior citizens and 2 kids with us to the property. The check in, stay, food, staff on board were excellent. Only thing that we missed was network, neither the wifi worked well nor our phone hotspots. If only the network can improve then would be happy to plan more stays at the property

Safety standards were good

It was a getaway for us from the hustle bustle of Bangalore, the property is nested in between nature which soothes your soul. The Plantation trail is an experience itself and bonfire at night invokes so many conversations. As there's are less tourists one gets an customized dining experience. The only aspect which is deterrent is the road leading to the property, would love Taj to invest and make proper roads making the commute easy.

Wonderful stay at Ama Plantation and Trails, Chikmagalur. Staff, service and room was too good. We really enjoyed.

It was short trip to Chikmagalur, and I incidentally chances upon this place in company. It was an amazing experience. The location, hospitality and service, food was all perfect.

The stay was pleasant, the staff ensured that our anniversary and new year was a memorable experience.

Wonderful experience staying in a beautiful bungalow in the middle of coffee plantation. You get individual attn from the staff who serve delicious local cuisine. We just loved the place. The only thing is the last 2 km leading to bungalow is in bad shape because of heavy rains in 2019 and needs repairs, small hassle compared to the nice property.

Good experience with nature and experience of Tata hospitality

This place is part of a larger coffee plantation owned by Tata. The bungalow has 4 big bedrooms and large dining and drawing rooms but the real kicker is the sit out and the garden outside where you would like to spend majority of your non sleeping time. It's about 3 kms from the main road and network is low. We hardly got anything other than edge on Idea. There is no WiFi available here. For entertainment there's badminton and carrom and a library of books which are really really old. The caretaker does take you around for a plantation walk and explains the fund as of growing coffee. If you're lucky you might spot the Malabar giant squirrel. If you're very lucky you might also spot a porcupine on your Plantation walk. Try to get permission to see the main office area where they have a pulping machine from the british era though it's not being used. All in all it's a great place to stay!

The location of the bungalow is very beautiful. Amazing ambiance and the climate was awesome too. Big sized room and friendly staffs made the stay a memorable experience.

Lovely old bungalow, well maintained, courteous staff and good homely food. We enjoyed the Plantation/nature walk/trail. On the whole a lovely experience in the plantations was great and the surroundings was serene, calm and lush green. Worth it!

Good and peaceful location. Experience could be improved by guided Plantation visit and coffee/pepper samples from the Plantation. Some services like wifi, tv could be improved. Also needs improved menu and additional help for chef

This was the best experience of my life after staying at over 100 5 star properties. The view and calm from this place is something that cannot be expressed but only experienced.

Amazing location, friendly staff

The place is very secluded and serene with the natural surrounding. Multiple plants and Plantation are part of the property. And the trail Coffee really mesmerizes us with an exotic view of the Plantation. Overall a wonderful experience staying connected to the natural surrounding. I would like to recommend this property.
