Sure! Here's a concise and impactful review based on your points: Terrible Experience! No electricity, no housekeeping, and barely any staff around. The place was unhygienic, and the few staff members present were extremely rude. On top of that, they charged us unnecessarily. Absolutely not worth the money – would not recommend!

When i reached over gulmarg. And contact to the hotel al niyan, he said the hotel is 40 km away from gulmarg. Your booking is fraud. You shown the hotel is at gulmarg what is the meaning to stay 40 km away. Send your contact no i complaint for this fraud. It was nice one. Only alamdar hotel was good

It is already mentioned in the app that the area is Gulmarg sir, and fyi it is not 40kms it’s 20kms. Also there is a location on the map too for your convenience you can alway double check in case of any doubts before books to clarify the doubts or you can reach out to us before booking as so may of our customers do. Sir kindly check the location and talk to the hotel on given numbers directly before booking.

Thank you for the feedback Mam, your booking was cancelled and we provided you the stay still because we didn’t want any bad name to our hotel but unfortunately all your frustration went on us. We will keep serving our customers and we expect you to visit next time and check our services. Issue was with MMT not with hotel but anyways thanks for your feedback Mam.

Must stay for south indian

Property owner mohammed is very kind. He will give suggestions on how to save money in travelling, purchasing and other activities. Bed heaters are there. Hot water facility for bathing and drinking with in house restaurant which will deliver food to your room is there. Overall it is excellent stay. Every karnataka people should visit his hotel
