Very bad experience

soloAs per the pics it was surprising to see such condition of hotel. So well occupied hotel but yet service very bad. Food very poor taste. Overall bad experience since rate what i paid i would have got far better room anywhere else. Never book again

Bed sheets were dirty. Bathroom was smelling bad and room had smoke smell all over. Nearby room was noisy. Not suited for family. Hotel was not easy to find on google maps. Hotel an-vi is search-able by hotel vegas

Hygiene was terrible l, it is located badly and don't even get me started about the service. The pictures on the website are not the same as the property. Even the property's name is different and an-vi hotels is a chain of hotels there. So check everything out and contact the hotel before making any sort of payment, you will not recieve a refund.

Terrible Stay

Very unprofessional. 1. Location was 3 km away from what it was showing on make my trip. It is not in aerocity. It's in internal lanes of mahipalpur. 2. On reaching there, they kept us waiting for 15 mins then send us to another hotel citing some issues which were dubious. 3. This new hotel was listed cheaper on mmt and was not properly cleaned.

Name of hotel and billling

I had booked the hotel through make my trip as hotel an-vi but it does not exist on the address as mentioned on the confirmed invoice sent by make my trip instead i found hotel vegas on the same address and stayed there. I had to extend the stay for one day and for the same they have not provided bill till now.

It was very bad experience with my stay in hotel anvi. While booking room size was 400sqft. I was given room in different property and 100-150sqft room size. No staff was available for room service. Even for water supply

Poor service

The hotel receptionist had already given away our room to someone else even though we had booked it 2 days before on makemytrip and told us there’s a short circuit issue while the staff told us the room is sold out. And they sent us to a different hotel altogether and this was all happening around 11pm in the night. It was such a terrible experience. They had no service in the room, zero cleanliness, even the bedspreads weren’t changed.
