Dear Mr Nitin, We regret to know that horrible incident ( you being taken to other hotel by local autowala in middle of night) happened with you and your family on your first day of visit and we wished that it didn't had happened with you to ruin the experience of our majestic city. The stay was not so good. There was no ventilation in the room. The electricity cut was very frequent. There was no service as the staff was limited. Due to cut in electricity there was no hot water in the washroom. Intercome was also not available in the room.

"One of the best hotel have visited till now. The hotel owner Deepak Vyas who has become like my brother was really helpful and friendly. He made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable by accompanying me to Kuldhara and Sam sand dunes personally. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well-equipped and the service was excellent. All respect to my brother Deepak Vyas who does a great job here. Excellent hospitality.

groupEasy to explore all places from there. Service is great. Had an amazing and memorable stay at Apni Haveli. The owner of the hotel and staff are very friendly and they warmly welcome all guests. The rooms were also clean and the ambience was great. Highly recommended.
