Rooftop kitchen filthy and unhygienic. Everywhere garbage and no cleaning in kitchen.they will make you check out early though they have mentioned 12:00pm on make my trip. Power cut many times in a day. I got electric shock in washroom many times. The guy who is working in kitchen is very rude and doesn’t have manners. In short they don’t know about hospitality . Coffee and paratha is inedible. We asked for regular paratha they gave us gobi one as it’s expensive than normal one. Coffee was yukkk Hope you understand and go somewhere where they help you to make your trip memorable not like and bad experience

Best experience mu-rad haveli

Mu-rad haveli was a great choice and we are glad we booked it. Let me just summarise their positives since it is too much to write. Firstly, they offered free pickup and drop to railway station, that too at very odd times. Next is their hospitality and the friendly staff, rahim was happy to help for anything and everything. Next is their facilities and desert safari. It was quite reasonably priced and well organised at a secluded spot. Further, their location is great and all sightseeing points are walking distance. Further, the food they served was very tasty and had great value for money. Moreover, they continuously provided us free of charge mineral water. They complied with all our requests and kept food for us when we arrived late at night. Sorry, that i don't remember all of their names but hasim and all others made our stay memorable. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again.

While l booked for this hotel for my family, l thought l got a room. It was not mentioned at the time of booking that lt is not a private room. On the day of my booking, l was surprised to know that it was a dormitory bed. The hotel front desk was able to provide me a private room but there was no option to cancel my previous booking. The hotel staff was polite and well behaved but l didn't get back the booking that l couldn't use.
