6 Cottage With Swimming Pool

Horrible stay. It's not a resort. Bur-rial ground. No power, no water, no flush in toilet, no security person in resort, all hotel staffs are drunkards. Not safe for family. Please don't stay there any one. Make my trip and resort management are cheating customers

The host really friendly and even though we checked in late he was up for us. Cooked meal for meal for us which was delicious.

very very bad service 3rd class service and food rates are very high triple of the rate don't trust this hotel.. सर्विस कोई भी उनका अच्छा नहीं है वह ठीक से वहां पर जो लोग हैं उनके वहां पर ठीक से कॉर्पोरेट भी नहीं करते और मैंने बिल के बारे में उनको पूछा था चेकिंग के दूसरे दिन तो वह हर बार टाल रहे थे 5 से 7 बार मैंने उनको पूछा कि हमारे फूड का बिल कितना हुआ है लेकिन वह बोल रहे थे की बाद में देखेंगे बाद में देखेंगे और फूड के रेट भी इनके 3 गुना ज्यादा है जो ओरिजिनल रेट है उससे. स्टीम राइस का आप बताओ मुझे स्टीम राइस ₹30 से ₹50 तक आता है तो उसने स्टीम राइस का ₹290 लगाया पॉसिबल है क्या ये .और खाना में क्वालिटी भी अच्छा नहीं था उसका. बहुत ही खराब अनुभव था हमारा इस होटल पर.

room was in very bad condition. no sir conditioning. pillows and blankets are in very bad condition, rather you sleep in your car. swinging pool was dirty and the stairs to the swimming pool is brocken. very far from the city and the road is in very bad condition. it's 22 km from lonavala, will take at least one hour to cover. and at last the food. it's very expensive knowing the fact, there's no other option available for the visitors

The food was worst. I advise to take food from outside.

Dear makemytrip, we had worst experience in this property. Both swimming pool are down. Rooms are in bad shape and no water in bathroom poor f&b service this is not a cottage. This is like a road side lodge. Worth 500 rupees per night. Guests, if you still want to consider this property for weekend stay, pols carry your food and beverages including water bottles. Because they take minimum 1 hour for anything. I asked tea in the morning around 6. 30am and got it at 8. 30am. They said that kitchen will open from 8am onwards.

The property as mentioned in the portal is absolutely wrong. All the photos are inaccurate. It was totally unprofessional and not recommended for family.

We wanted stay at main lonavala area but property map location was not available until we booked the rooms which was non refundable. We realised it was 25 kms away from main lonavala. Rooms were not prepared when we reached hotel. Seems like property has been reopened after a long period. Swimming pool was dirty

there's no cleanliness in rooms. food quality and taste is very bad and prices are very high. they don't allow us to eat or bring anything from outside. they didn't give any welcome kit or paste or soap in the washroom. we went to the main city around 23kms and brought this common stuff. for each and everything they say you'll be charged extra. we asked for a bedsheet change which was dirty and not washed properly and they were like you have to pay if we change bedsheet or blanket. food was so terrifying we didn't had it properly. worst resort I've ever seen. will never come here nor i will suggest anyone to go there. 🤮🤮

Monica who was the owner of the cottage she was very rude and unprofessional she didn't keep her words.

The property is in very remote location, rooms not clean and swimming pool is worse, not at all clean. They don't even allow outside food and their menu is too overpriced. Wont recommend to any one

They didn't have any santization in the rroom or hand wash or soap the food was too expensive and property was too far to reach

The location is very peaceful, staffs are very nice & helpful in nature.
