Visava Amusement Park & Resort Navi Mumbai

Nice weekend place near Mumbai region. Good for both Adults and Kids. Rooms were bit small but otherwise all facilities in the room were operating nicely.

The purpose of my stay was leisure which was fully achieved. The property is very well maintained, clean, hygienic and the staff is very polite and friendly. The food is very good, service is fast and rates are reasonable. The water park is very well maintained and clean.

It's clean and hygienic rooms and suits but electronic items like microwave, wall clock, fans were making noise,etcwere not working and even after multiple requests they were not able to resolve the issue.Also bathroom jacuzzi was not working and functional

It was very serene environment, breakfast had all covered, rides were superb

4of us were staying in two executive rooms . Rooms are ok but should have been provided with a small table and 2 chairs. The facilities are good and enjoyable. Restaurant service is slow but quality of food is very good. Room service is also good.

Very poor amenities. Not maintained properly. Shower was not working. Water pressure was very low.

The rooms weren’t clean, there was fungus in the bathroom shower, and even the pool wasn’t properly maintained. The slides and water park were full of fungus too everything was in a mess.

Huge property with excellent service and hospitality.. amusement park is also great.. Has good Restaurant and service.. overall amazing to stay amidst nature..

The view was superb and too much nature friendly highly recommended

Location: 5/5 Food: 4/5. Breakfast options are very limited and there is no difference in the menu for day packages vs stay packages. The food taste is also average. Amenities: 3/5 Services could be better. They housekeeping needs to be improved. Checkout experience was a bit chaotic and needs improvement. Net net this place is value for money if you are planning for a single day trip. The facilities provided for customers who are staying overnight are average. Services and stay benefits can be improved.

While the stay was okay, we had a very bad experience while returning. We booked an OLA back home. But we were stopped at the entrance by the local rickshaw walas and didn't allow us to go ahead saying that I cab driver had grabbed their livelihood. We tried to explain that my mother was an asthma patient but they were insisting that no OLA cabs should take passengers back. Even after requesting they did not let us go. They slapped the driver and my brother in law got scared and he paid Rs. 300 to the autorickshaw wala and then he allowed us to go. I will never go to this resort again where the customer has no choice on how he can travel back home!

The stay at Visava was pleasant and kids were thrilled to stay there. It's a huge property with friendly staff. There is a room with different games open during evening times, includes chess, mini golf carrom etc. The food at the restaurant was delicious and also reasonable. Highly recommended for children

the first impressions it self make to feel that I made wrong discussion to book the resort. as there was no hospitile behaviour from front desk staff. need to take support from MMT customer care and then only the issue was taken care. there was much better options were available but their intentions was to make some extra money which was not even justified. food is typical Maharashtrian style and limited variety. stay was okay it was comfortable. rooms were good. ambiance was not maintained so avarage. premises could have beén maintained better way but left as it is. so will rate as not good premises.

Stay was pleasant, food was good. They organise events during evening to keep guests engaged. Room service is available. Water park slides are fun

Visava Resort offers a pleasant stay near Karnala Bird Sanctuary with clean rooms and friendly staff. Guests enjoy the natural surroundings and the attached water park. Food quality receives mixed reviews. It's a decent option for a family outing near Mumbai.

The location was nice, the food was good and the water park rides were amazing, only disappointment was the room provided by resort for stay, washroom was stinking and window was broken.
