First of all, I was a little bit not satisfied with the service which I got. They didn't provide the room which I was expecting for. It was completely different from our expectation. It was small. There should be transparency between the booked room and, the room which we are going to get. I would suggest them to update the images. The best part was the staff. The staff was so cooperative. Location was good and convenient. It was convenient to reach. Hidimba Devi temple was nearby. Best place for family stay. Room service was not good. No one had clean my room during my stay. Security was ok.

Overall it was an average kind of stay. We booked two rooms one of them was spacious, the bathroom was also good but, another one was comparatively small. The location of the property was not good at all. We thought, it will be on the main street but, it was very much inside the main street. It was not a proper hotel somewhat a guest house. They don't have a reception.

Food price is too high. Services are bad. The owner was drinking in front of family.

Add heater and fan one small light for night and clean blankets.
