The property is centrally located good rooms clean washrooms and friendly care taker

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious with an elegant theme maintained. The washroom was tidy and the location factor was beneficial as it was near green park gate 3. Although the room's curtains were kinda translucent, overall the experience was great. A lift facility was present and in fact the kitchen was provided. The place is highly recommended.

The air conditioning in the room was not functioning. Unfortunately, despite reporting the issue, no attempts were made to rectify the problem. The room itself was significantly smaller than depicted images. Furthermore, the bathroom was extremely compact, making it difficult for even one person to stand comfortably.

Nice but network issue is there or else all ok wifi is good vibe is good i went for 1 day. It's a apartment all available if anyone is planning to stay no need to worry

Location was good, i had a great experience but room was too small other wise it was totally ok but rooms are small comparing to what is in the pics

The room was smelly the ac didn’t work the house has no caretakers to help no dustbin absolutely regret my decision to stay here the toilet was very small total waste of many

It's a nice place, niranjan is helpfull. It is a very beautiful area where it is easily accessible ot all transport.

The room assigned was clean, and the staff was cordial during check-in. Other services were good. Just found an issue with the lack of network inside. You can't even get calls inside rooms.

Why this people using signal jammers and forcing customers to use their own wifi? what’s the reason behind that? we have stayed for one night and i cannot communicate with anyone through my phone even i’m having 5g network service signal in my phone. Something’s crazy things going on in this place. Please look after the thing i mentioned before checking in

It was a decent stay. The rooms were clean, the facilities were working. The only thing is, the service by the staff working there could have been better. I didn't take the photos.

Excellent location, clean decent property, excellent service of care takers. We check in late at about 10 pm and the care taker niranjan was in continuous touch with us regarding our location updates and when we reached the property another care taker, day a was very very courteous and helpful in handling our luggage and explaining about the amenities of the property. Rooms were very large and the common areas were very big too. The kitchen was well equipped.

It was good, all staff is helping in nature still there is some space of improvement in catering part regarding timing of breakfast.

I had a delightful stay at this homestay in Green Park, Delhi with my wife. The location was not only convenient but also felt safe, providing a serene atmosphere. Niranjan, the caretaker, was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay, ensuring our comfort and addressing any queries promptly. The room exceeded expectations in terms of cleanliness and overall quality. What truly stood out was Niranjan's kindness in looking after our luggage for 5 hours post-checkout, without any additional charges—a gesture that added a personal touch to our experience. Highly recommend this homestay for its excellent service and thoughtful hospitality.

I was there for 2 nights and i liked the stay and also the location. Pretty decent locality with walking distance to metro and bus stop. Good restaurants nearby. They have a full fledged kitchen. Overall good experience

They don't pick calls they don't give replies we couldn't find the hotel and they don't refund any amount they are ready to fight and they are running hotel business in ther home

they have given the flat to 3 other including me.. all of them whr facing problem.. pathetic staff.. dirty kitchen.. dirty rooms.. dirty washrooms.. everything was so terrible and dirty.. the pics shown were different.. and it was miserable stay..

Service apartment with decent amenities but service may need more vip treatment as one of the staff told this is vip area. Food portion good however need more variety. However housekeeping missing since i stayed for 3 nights but not sure is it part of service apartment as in bnb or homestay daily housekeeping essential

Location is very good, you can easily found the place to eat and visit.
