Really dirty rooms , check at 3 pm took time , lifts were occupied by employees and took half an hour to reach 2nd floor. Bathroom was smelly and ac was making lot of noise.

The property is well cleaned & hygienic. Food is also of good quality & taste. Hospitality by staff is up to mark. Room cleaning service is also excellent. It is the prime location of Gurgaon. One concern is there should be a facility of early check-in. Which is not available at present.

Luxury on a budget kinda stay

Very comfortable and lovely stay, I love the rooms, bedsheets, cleanliness and the whole vibe of the hotel. The small details are everything, the staff is very courteous and the best part definitely has to be their food, which was delicious. I loved the crispy chilli mushrooms there, worth trying.
