Hotel staff does not behave professionally and bug you for small things. They will call you multilple times for checkout reminder that too when you acknowledged it at the first time and you will get multiple reminders before 11 am

One of the worst hotel i had stayed ever, no hot water, not clean rooms, they don't even provide towels. Water leakage in the washrooms. They don't provide breakfast for booking even if its included in the package.

Hotel staff is rude

Rooms are really shady with washrooms not having proper locks. Bedsheets were stained and room was also not properly cleaned

service was not good and toilet was dirty overall my experience was not good not satisfied according toh room price. done 👍

Worst experience every i will never use make my trip again the property i booked was full and the owner asked me to pay extra money to get room or go to another property which was 13 km away i went to other property which was very shady and was not up to the level

Terrible place. Rooms are stinky and not likable. This place has dampness eveywhere. I checked out within an hour and they didnt even refund the amout. Never booking this again. Thanks

The stay was comfortable and good for business trips. Lacks amenities and please confirm the complimentary services are available before checkin.

Behavior of receptionist very poor and taunt the words. And room was very poor no maintenance its comparison to lounge no compliment was provided need to purchase brush kit and water

The room was okay. It was little smelly and tv was all broken. Even the soap in washroom was too diluted!

The hotel is good and is in budget. The staff is also good. The only thing is there is no soap in the bathroom. Overall a nice experience.

We reached the venue at 11 pm in the night. The room was fine, clean and maintained along with tv, centralized ac and working table. Toilets and bed were clean. The only thing that bothered me the most was the checkout. While booking my room on makemytrip it was shown that i am provided with a 2 hour complimentary checkout service but as we got late for checkout in the morning, the hotel owner was mad at us for checkout and charged extra for 4 hours.

The place was dirty, stinky and the staff was rude. They tried their best to make me pay money for my stay when i had already paid in advance.

Hotel asked me extra payment while checking in. I waited for half an hour to get this issue resolved via make my trip.

Even after charging money for breakfast it was denied on the property. Even help desk didn’t help except that they were willing to refund the money which was not the idea. The behaviour of hotel was not acceptable
