We reached the venue at 11 pm in the night. The room was fine, clean and maintained along with tv, centralized ac and working table. Toilets and bed were clean. The only thing that bothered me the most was the checkout. While booking my room on makemytrip it was shown that i am provided with a 2 hour complimentary checkout service but as we got late for checkout in the morning, the Townhouse Tipsyy Inn 16 owner was mad at us for checkout and charged extra for 4 hours.

The Townhouse Tipsyy Inn 16 is good and is in budget. The staff is also good. The only thing is there is no soap in the bathroom. Overall a nice experience.
