I didn't get any room at the time of check in they take the booking but they didn't given any room at 4 am i was suffering in rishikesh without room so i slept on my car

This is one of my worst hotel experiences ever. There're full of mosquitoes in the room. Completely untidy room. No proper bedding. No proper washroom. No soaps and bathtowels provided. Above it's highly costly. No one should book this hotel.

It's a private guest house in a residential neighborhood, it's not near any tourist place in rishikesh. But quite a decent room. No food on the premises. You can order on zamato or swiggy. Service is good.

The room was not cleaned and i had to wait for a long time outside. Room was not cleaned when i asked. There was white ash going on in room at my arrival no water was served the tea quality was bad. There was no one to open the gate

We stayed in the property for one day. Room was ok, have a dirty room called kitchen which was like a storeroom. No lift. Room was at 4th floor and with a kid and luggage it was like to climb mount everest. After 10 calls and reminders we got ac remote. Cleanliness was below average. Blanket provided was soooo dirty.

Rooms are clean and cosy. Toilets are very clean and big.

No basic aminities. Check in timing was 2pm. We able to check in 4. 30 as rooms not cleaned till then. You can't close any of the washroom doors. We were 5 members booked but no extra mattress provided. Even they said on call that they will provide. No drinking water. They just provide tap water which they never provided. Only thing which is good is balcony view of one room. I would say don't ever think about this stay. Not worth it.

Room quality is low. Facilities listed are not available. I paid 2300 for 2nights.

First of all this was non refundable booking, i agreed to visit and to stay on the conditions, but the room given to me was so rustic and smelling, the pillow was torn and washroom was so dirty. As it was a non refundable booking we asked him to refund the amount and we also requested mmt to make some changes against my booking. But nothing happened. I had to stay there without my choice. I would request mmt team to contact to hotelier and ask about the door lock conditions. Every time when we had to enter in to the room, to open the door we had to do hard work and similarly from inside also. Mean while i wanted to drink water, i went to the reception area 4-5 times to get a water bottle but i did not find anyone there. I was shouting like anything. Is anyone is here. Hello hellooo. I'm sorry but that was strange for me to tell the whole story about that hotel. I must get 100% refund on this booking.

It was an emergency, staff has locks that hotel from outside had waited for 3 hrs to open the main door. No water no food no room service bathroom is dirty bed sheet was dirty.

We had mobile charging issue because no power sokit was working except only one. Hot water issue geyser was not working

Hotel infrastructure is very good. No dustbin in the room 7 sockets are there in the room and only 1 socket is working which is far from the bed. No water filter is there. It is located at the best location overall i have good experience but have only few concerns that i have mentioned abobe. Above*
