Staff was good, and the room was hygienic. We are traveling regularly to ahmedabad. Highly recommend to all.

Customer service is not good, have to ask again and again for same thing, cushion have not washed and they’re dirty as well

They had not provide meal which i included in my booking. The room condition of the totally different from pic rooms are so unhygienic.

Hotel wall was in soo bad condition paint pill off from all the way and water stains over there i don't recommend to anyone may be there are good room also but they are give 3rd class room when you booked

it was a complete disaster, the moment you book this hotel and request for any contact with property there is no provision to it. hotel is not clean and maintain. there is accumulation of hairs in drainage. no service of water and toiletries. They is no kitchen in hotel so better not book the food package or included breakfast. your money will be wasted. there is no rule for early checkin they will charge you as per there wish.

Not Proper Cleaning And Not Good Behaviour of staff. Also I ordered food from my side in the room and it was also not so good. They are not given water and shampoos in the bath shops. they are given water after calling too many times.

No food don't look like the pictures no phone in the room ac was working good.

The service was very bad it took 1 hour to order sandwich and tea the food service was very bad, the room is clean and well maintained

The Most unhygienic stay i ever did in my entire life, poor staff, unhygienic rooms & Dirty Toilets, Trust me Never visit this place. This is only for local couples as they only accept the local IDs. being a business traveler we choos to oyo townhous for hygiene, low budget & service. but this place is pathetic!
