Hotel Not exist in Locations Fake Location Fake name. Fake contact number. Not even 1 star hotel. I switch the hotel

I don’t have a good experience at this hotel. First of all when i try to check in the receptionist told me that there is no such booking. Then I call the make my trip customer care and after around 30-40 minutes they solve my problem and I got the check in. And i want to tell that the service is not good... i have to call 3-4 times then only the problem gets solved and too delayed. The toilet seat was damaged... The room is good but service and staff and facilities are not good.. Poor experience

We enjoyed this new hotel at very affordable prices . Everything from head to toe is top notch and really very impressive..

This is the worst hotel experience i have ever face. I have booked my room through mm t app. I just got confirmation msg from mmt, when i visit at hotel they denied ki koi booking nhi ayi. I said ok i just contact at mmt customer care unhone check kaya and bola ki booking successful hai, when the mmt customer care team tried to reach them they don't even respond their call even the hotel manager. This is really like a nightmare to us

It was a wonderful experience with rasa all the facilities including room service staff behaviour kitchen everything is good well managed by them. Cooperative staff acquired with all the facilities enjoyed it thanks

Hotel was good neat and clean and staff was helpful the bad point was delay in room service they took half an hour for tea

hotel asked for extra payment. as per hotel it was oyo's miss as they did not upgrade the price. thanks i booked it through MMT and customer service helped me with the reimbursement for the extra amount i paid at hotel. i am a frequent traveller and this is my worst experience in last 11 years. hotel asked for extra money, showed me room but after i paid the extra amount all together a different and downgraded room was allocated. wifi did not work. no one turned up even after notifying them about wifi issue. TV is located on the left of ur bed. so u hv to bear the pain of a knocked neck if u want to watch TV.

Room were Good and nice stay i would recomend this hotel

The hotelier is rude . We were 4 friends staying in the hotel . He almost made us wait 45 mins - at the late hours of night - was drunk and abusive - a sure shot no recommend. He misbehaved a lot - forcefully made us do booking at higher rental.
