I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room and washroom were in extremely poor condition — not clean, not well-maintained, and definitely not up to standard. What concerned me the most was the lack of security in the room. I did not feel safe during my stay, and . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or secure stay.

Location are good. Bt rooms very dirty ..so many mosquito sleeping on bed before my check in..rooms alos so costly bt not money problm..mainly rooms r very cheaper..mever suggest to any 1 for stay here Location are good. No slippers, no dental kit and NO TOWELS !!! Ordered Steamed Rice ....which never came....my Chicken Currry was wasted. Very slow and pathetic room service. Apart from location, nothing good about this hotel. AVOID LIKE PLAGUE !

Stay at hotel was average. Table was not clean. Cup provided for coffee was dirty. I asked for razor and it was also not provided by hotel staff.

Despite the property's convenient location near Charbagh Railway Station, the interior condition was unsatisfactory, with damaged furniture and stained walls. The food quality was average.

Very hum-be & prompt hospitality. Neat n clean. Staff too well trained. Nice place to stay. I will highly recommend.

The room size was ok but maintenance wasn’t that good. Also, the breakfast was not good as my whole family got sick after eating it and had vomiting and loose motions.

location of property is good, but the room conditions were not good, out of date facilities. Room doesn't have proper power socket acces from bed, TV was not working, internet was poor, room was not that clean . room service and staff was good

Everything was good at this hotel. Good staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome. Food was good

First they denied for early check in. Kept waiting. Then after provided a bad room. It was very uncomfortable stay. Even they denied to change room after request

The hotel is fine but there is a little problem with the service. However, everything else is fine, perfect!

This is suppose to be a three star property. Check out the price i paid upfront. The room is below average. This room should not cost any body more than 1200 rs per day. The key does not work. Every time i leave and return, i have to make the staff manually open the room for me. Food is overpriced. They have better rooms in this hotel. But because i paid upfront i had to deal with this shabby room

Room keys was not working. Tv was also not working properly. Room was good but need improvement on service part.

Excellent property, very neat and clean and well maintained rooms. Very friendly staff. Good options in breakfast. The room service served me at 12. 30 am also as i returned very late from work !very good for families as well as for business travellers. Please maintain the standard.

Very bad experience. Room service very bad. One front office personnel non co-operative and rude, food quality bad, comfort level at rooms at the lowest.

Stay at hotel was very nice. Hotel's manager and stag f was very pleasant behavior. Breakfast is also good. Overall value for money.
