The room is totally different what they are showing in images and websites, everyday they serve same breakfast, i asked them to clean my room and they said we forgot it is very bad experience

Locality and reception was good. However, cleanliness and maintenance have to be improved. First issue is that we were given a room which had strong cigerette smell and few hair strands on the bed. On complaining about the same, we have been shifted to another room. Second issue is the lift - as someone didn't close the lift doors on one floor, it was not working for a long time. Thirdly the wifi connectivity was fluctuating a bit. Coming to the good points, the room service, the aesthetics and the calm ambience are nice.

familyHotel is located in a great area. Staff is doing a good job. No stay facility for drivers however they have parking space. At this price, buffet breakfast is also decent enough. Try to take executive room over classic room.

The property is located in very prime location. The rooms are well maintained and staff is very friendly. At this prime location difficult to find the budget stay hotel but urban stays is a very budget friendly. Complimentary breakfast is with limited items but worthy.
