We reached the apartment in the middle of the night to find that the rooms were not cleaned, not dusted, dust bins not emptied, bedsheets not changed, leaking taps, no towels. The saga continued the next day also. No mopping or cleaning. Unkept rooms. Lifts are under maintenance part of the time. Average quality furniture. No shops nearby. Food has to be procured through swiggy. The good thing is the rooms are spacious and the front hall is large.

It was a good hotel. Rooms were nice.

Nearest to us biomatric center and consulate. Food service not available.

Huge service apartment, location is in the heart of the city and very calm place

Family stay is apt at this place. The rooms are neat, spacious and living room has ample of common facilities for a family

The apparent is very near to U.S. consulate for both finger prints and interview but night mosquitoes didn't leave me to sleep and kitchen is not equipped properly. Is you can adjust you can stay for one day the price is low.

(1)Lobby AC wasn't working. (2)My mom has arthritis so she kept her legs up on sofa, on which receptionist rudely shouted on her saying, don't you have manners, there's a way to talk to customer. (3)I selected early check-in while booking which was denied at hotel, even after I called and confirmed couple of days before. (4)The receptionist was trying to con, he was asking for extra money.

The only plus point of this place is that it is close to us biometric and consulate. Everything else is average. Free breakfast is a sham with only idlis palatable given with watered down sambar and chutney. They don't have a restaurant so not even tea is given. Rooms are of sub standard quality. Best avoided

I had booked for early checkin bug when I went there it was not there. It's very disappointing.

The place is clean and near to us visa office.

The location is in proximity of both vas and consulate office which is excellent. I wish The food variety world be improved because same varieties every day. Other than that it's good. There are nearby hotels for lunch and dinner too or swiggy as usual

The place was clean. Front desk attention and care was good. Housekeeping staff seem to be entering the room more than once when guest is not in. Barefoot marks were seen on The floor. Was in the foyer were not working. Mosquitoes were common pest control needs to be done. Geyser capacity was insufficient hot water ran out quickly. Breakfast was served very late only from 8:30 AM. Breakfast spread was very meager.

Good ambience and service and value for money. Location is nice and many venue for after office hours outing nearby
