Terrible Stay

The condition of the entire stay was so horrible that my mom decided to check in hours ago. The bathroom was extremely dirty with marks and the AC wasn’t in a working condition. Most of all, the address given on MMT is different from what the caretaker told me, which is why my mom had to keep locating it for 1.5 hours. No one was responding to her calls, nobody was at the reception when she wanted something, there was no functioning kitchen, and the hotel staff was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Terrible Stay

The property was overbooked. We had booked 2 rooms - 1 deluxe and 1 super deluxe. But we were denied super deluxe room. We reached late at night around 11:30 pm but still Rooms were not ready. after long discussion/debate with property owner keeping MMT in loop, we were able to get both the rooms by 1 am at night. But still super deluxe room was not provided. Expect a refund from property owner.

very poor service by the hotel. no response by staff after so many calls. rooms vere not so clean. no mirror in room. mopping in bathroom is done in the barh bucket.
