the staff was so rude, we all were sitting at the rooftop cafe and suddenly one of the staff member came and turned off all the lights, the bedsheets were dirty. The person who was at the reception had a very bad attitude towards us

Had a wonderful stay at this property in Bir Billing. The hotel is beautifully designed, very aesthetic, and extremely clean. Unprofessional staff. No service provided. When asked for plates they said go n get it from kitchen yourself. Not supposed to treat guest this way

So many mosquitos and flies in the room and the property is not hygienic... the common room was full of flies and mosquitos and it was stingy and when i complained they said some guest have drunk there and i asked them how did you allow them to drink inside the common play room they answered we cant stop our guest ... it means this property is not for family and couple ! Housekeeping’s staff help us to clean our room otherwise the front staff and the sardar ji were so lazy

stay was awesome with great view from both side of the room. rooms are spacious enough. property is located nearby to few local restaurants and market. Stay owned restaurant is too costly that one has to find options outside if staying for long term.
