No hygiene bedding, no cleanliness in hotel, heaters shown but not working, rooms could be clean, paint spoilt on walls

Absolutely terrible feeling during my stay. Bathroom tap was broken and not warm water provided in this winter. Utterly unstaisfied. Gutted

Terrible rooms with no ventilation and no cleanliness. I checked out in first hour of my stay.

Last 23december 22 i will stay with my family everything is very poor every living room 2nd floor no lift facility stairs very high no good blanket every facility very poor please avoid to take this hotel during amritsar tour

Location conjested. Rooms ok. Aminities like towal, drinking water, glass, jug, soap not provided. The manager very attender very cordialy and help full. Near to golden temple. Stairs very strait. Old people feels difficult to claimp.

Very worst to stay, uncomfortable.

It was a great day there. Room was well cleaned and proper arrangements were done. The staff and the owner were very cooperative. I would advise hotel people to fix the exhaust fan in the washroom. And give hot water for 1 time at least.

overall good but little disappointed with locatiom

Well located near the golden temple. Cleanliness is for a toss.

I would really suggest not to choose these kind of home stays, you will definitely never get proper food and seriously property don’t have parking facilities available. It was really tough and we wasted 4 hours to transport out laguages to the vehicle

Worst stay. I would say worst would be much better. The property is owned by the receptionist and you can't imagine stay like a hotel. They misguided you once your money has been debited and don't care about customer satisfaction. Every time you demand services they deny you in the garb of having occupied a homestay instead of hotel. Every thing is terrible here be it room, bathroom, bed etc. And their rude behavior. Better choose a hotel instead of homesaty. I won't recommend staying here to anyone. Just pathetic experience!

Wall of stair should have holding ring

The stay was quite comfortable, though not easy to find the location at the first go. But easy access to golden temple. Warm owners and very well serviced. Feedback atleast 2 bottles of water to be added per room per day, considering as a minimum requirements

The property is near to harmandir singh sahib and all the nearest tourist attractions. The hosts are very helpful and generous. All the basic amenities were provided during the stay. Altogether it was a very comfortable stay for me and my family.

Blanket very smelly and hot water not coming

Very warm reception by The cheerful and friendly owner of The hotel Mr Ranbeer Singh. Very close to Golden temple, my purpose of The visit. Room was reasonable in size, but clean on The whole a good stay for The few hours that I spent at The venue.

Not suited, hotel because it is located inside a thin lane of densely populated area which is not good for hotel purposes also don't have any parking facility. My recommendation to all websites, kindly don't mislead and break your trust by hiring such locations and many more. Kindly review you guidelines.

A nice homely place to stay in Amritsar. Guest friendly. The host is very cooperative, smoothly got early check-in as our train arrived early. The stay was safe and peaceful.
