If you have booked the property, be prepared to pay rs. 400 in advance for the cleaning. Then they will ask for rs. 2000 as security deposit for the lift security key otherwise you have to deposit your id proof which is against the law and ethics. Parking was in the unmanned level 2 basement. Will give you a horrible felling. For the key, you have to collect from a shop. No where you will find the super host rich a in the scene. It’s just an eye wash. I left the premises with my family whiteout check in. The property owner denied to refund.

Apartment was private, peaceful and had great view from balcony. Had all amenities required. Those who wish to cook at home can do it. Shops for grocery purchasing, medical shop, tea/coffee shop, food shops which also provides door delivery also available within premises which is very convenient. Metro sector 142 is just opposite to apartment. Just a 10 to 15 minutes walk to metro. Host was great. In case of any problems, immediately it would be fixed. No disturbances by anyone during my stay. There would be some delay in lift coz of only 2 lifts present for 30 floors but lift was super fast. I highly recommend this apartment for all type of people who wish to short/long stay.

The check in was really easy. There was a sense of security which came while going through the process of getting to the room. The room was really clean and exactly as mentioned in make my trip. There were no hastles in my entire stay, with people always a call away for help. I would also like to appreciate the flexible check in, check out facility that the homestay provided one and only drawback which i found was i was not able to use the shower, as the tap for the same was something which i was not able to find and i did not know whom to approach for the same apart from this, it was worthy a 5 star stay

The property was easy to find but located a little far. Check in was easy and the host provided all the information needed beforehand. No issues with my stay. I would like to visit this property again soon.

The property was okay, there were problems but overall experience was okay.

I was looking for a stay suitable for family of small kids. I choose a apartment for the same reason. But there are many issues. Poor facilities, scary parking, bed bugs are few issues i had to face. Not recommended if any one looking for family stay.
