Room & stay was clean. But one pipe in shared washroom leaked, i called to caretaker for 2-3 times but no response

It was a great stay. Very cozy, clean rooms and bathrooms as well. They provide you with towels as well if asked. We also got to have complementary breakfast! there is a bus stand at walking distance, so you can catch a bus to come here as well

Charged extra for early check in by staffs. No driver facility. No proper kitchen. No help given for carrying luggage, rude behavior.

Good and cosy property to stay. Food was awesome and rooms were clean and hygienic. Bathrooms were clean and tidy. Overall a nice place to check in near shimla to avoid the crowded place like mall road in shimla.

The caretaker bobby was amicable & helpful, great host to the place. He prepares yummy fresh hot paratha's (stuffed flat breads) in the breakfast with tea ) !
As illustrated in the pictures, the rooms were very clean, cozy warm, carpeted with radiator heaters. The wash rooms had hot water with fresh white napkin & towels. The kitchen was neatly well kept & equipped with all the necessary cutlery, appliances. I enjoyed and loved the morning breakfast prepared by bobby, the caretaker and his buddy. Parking can be a challenge though, due to narrow lane approach to the apartment. Overall, great place to stay with leisure!

The place was cleaned and ready. Staff was very helpful and we had a great experience. I would recommend to stay here as it is worth staying. The area where this is located is also nice, local public transports are easily available like bus.

The place is pretty friendly. They don't provide accommodation for driver. You need to pay extra for that. Everything else is great. They just have few options for breakfast.
