The Holt

It is a BnB a three room pad so, no lunge. The entry is right on the Road and at the bottom of a rather steep flight stairs. Climbing The stairs could be tough for people with knee issues. Else everything is pretty neatly tuck in within The brief confines of The guest BnB facility. There is no kitchen or pantry. A few electrical appliances help in making ready-to make type breakfast or light snacks. The room is good and The bathroom is airy and filled with natural light. The minibar or The snack hamper kept are well stuffed with wafers, cakes and canned or bottled drinks, both aerated and non- aerated. The AC worked well and The bed was good and I slept really well. I missed an electric kettle and free of cost extra drinking water or even filtered or RO water which would have been useful with a few tea bags. The work table with a nice table lamp helped me well. A narrow cushioned bench with a coffee table was also appreciable and many better The Holts including chains do not keep them in the much bigger rooms. Toiletries were ample and The dental kit was useful. There was a hair dryer in the bathroom as well and an electric iron and a ironing table stowed in conveniently alongside The open wardrobe with unprecedented number of hangers people like me, who sweat a lot may actually come to appreciate it. There were two rubber slippers kept below the wardrobe. Overall, I had a nice experience staying that one night, but am inclined to think the place is a little on the expensive side and could be better justified by adding a few amenities for the convenience of the business traveler.

The Holt is an interesting concept as a apartment and helps to have non-intrusive travel experience. It is an absolutely no nonsense space which is very modern. the rooms are sufficient sized. The owner was prompt and helpful as I called him to help me check-in and a couple of other things. The breakfast is a simple 'just add hot water' poha and coffee, which was fine with me. For someone looking for a full-service The Holt with on-demand steward and other services, it might not be a very suitable place.

Excellent service. Host jatin talking way is so good. Actually I have emergency work so I check out early. Location and all facility is so impressive and also Worth it. I had never seen this kind of service anywhere. Wish to stay at The Holt as soon as possible. Thanks The Holt staff and Mr. Jatin who care and worry about his client.

This is my second stay at the holt. Its better and very safe for couples. Host jatin and all other staff members are very helpful and polite. Wish to be visit again as soon as possible. Locattion was good. Ultimate service. Allover its very safe for all

The location was quite convenient, the attendent and the owner were polite in their hospitality. The room was hygienic and wifi reception was great too. Overall, i had a great experience and hope to return soon.

Its not a The Holt, but a gentle stay, with self service and no person available at night for your assistance or security in The Holt. But its clean and well located.

Nice place for a short visit. Got everything you get in a typical The Holt room but well within your budget.

Safe place, you can spend time here with your friends. And moreover it's quite isolated place. Away from all noisy surrounding. So u can chill and relax

It was excellent. I would request for a safe lock in the door, not just the both way lock. Please try to install a more secure inside lock.

Amazing place to stay just not at good location

Decent place, The room was well furnished. Good deal for The money. Since there are no good places to eat nearby, breakfast should be provided.

Came for my girlfriend's birthday. Had a good experience.
