Dinner Buffet was average but Chef did an outstanding work to provide a freshly cooked dishes based on our choice.So hats off to night AC fluctuation caused issues and then repair took time so providing the above rating.Overall stay, hi tea, breakfast , dinner was good

The stay was amazing.! The rooms were awesome too.. we stayed in the classic and premier both rooms for 2 nights. The people at the hotel are very hospitable and accommodative of every request you have. We travelled from Mumbai but while leaving back for Mumbai the hotel provided us with refreshments for our journey back which was very thoughtful and kind too. The resort has a lot of recreational activities too which keeps you occupied for the day if you plan to not relax and do things,! Special thanks to Ruchita working on the front desk lobby.!

Poor Stay

The property had potential, but our overall experience was impacted by several issues related to the hotel itself, which could have been handled better. 1. There was significant miscommunication and delay from the support team, who struggled to coordinate with the hotel regarding our schedule change. Despite multiple calls and tweets, we did not receive clear information until 3pm on August 31st, resulting in a check-in delay—we were only able to check in at 5:30pm. This poor coordination shortened our stay substantially (check-in at 5:30pm, check-out at 9am), offering us just a partial experience. 2. The entire floor and reception area had a persistent smoke odor. Although we reported this to both the reception and the service manager, there was no meaningful improvement. This was particularly concerning because we were traveling with our toddler and expected a smoke-free environment. 3. Baggy/ shuttle services were more focused at the event which was going on, and we had to wait for longer period leading us to feel like less important for the property. 4. The bathroom geyser stopped working, and when we raised the issue in the morning, the maintenance team was not aware of the problem and only began fixing it after our complaint. As a result, we had to go for breakfast without a bath, and our toddler couldn't bathe before check-out at 9am. Overall, while the property itself was nice, these service, maintenance, and coordination significantly affected our comfort and experience.

It is a well maintained property with unique architecture which is really pleasant. there are activities for all age groups. Ample seating arrangement through out premises. nice restaurant options. Kids and elderly friendly.
