The Auspicious Hotel Ladakh

Staff numbers of this hotel has to be increased. Neat and clean rooms. If they can provide kettles in room it will be good.

I know it is a tough place/destination but a hotel stay is all about service and it was just not up to mark even to fulfill basic requirements. Done don't have much to offer. Thanks

Air conditioner not working in room location is not good actual hotel and snap uploaded at make my tripp are very different. Sorry not air conditioner but heaters are not working. Room was neither good nor decorated. Door bell not working. House keeping staff not working properly. Only room service is good

Not satisfied with service room washroom everything

The rooms were of poor quality based on the price. The food served was pathetic, i still can’t believe how can anyone each such food. The room were suffocating as there were no wendy’s for fresh air. Room heater were not working which is must other there. Overall it was quite disappointing experience and i would never suggest any one to stay there.

The hotel is excellent and the owner is very helpful nature satay in this hotel is very good experience thanks the staff of auspicious hotel who gives us full service.

The hotels we wanted were full on the particular dates so mm t suggested this. The hotel was rated as a 3-4 star but the actual property was nothing like what you can get for 6000/night. Although the hotel staff was very humble and were trying their best but mm t suggestions are really bad when it comes to picking up the hotels. This has happened twice with me in the past month. First in goa and then in ladakh. I really think mmt should work on improving their hotel recommendations/filter criteria.

The rooms are nice and The location is also very good at a walking distance from The market. They have running hot water in winters but for a limited time in The day. They did not have many food options. The staff is also a bit laid back.

I was welcomed and given a room without key. Hotel people are repairing door key in front of me. After 30 minute, they changed my room, overall nice hotel at good location, i could have rated it 5, if I was given better room at beginning.

Very Poor Hotel! The staff is very uncooperative. The heaters provided in the room work only from 7pm to 10pm. The geyser and hot water is available only from 6am to 10am. The food available is worst. Only mix veg and dal provided in dinner everyday. Breakfast is also fixed menu only omelette and paratha every day. No power backup even when electricity supply is very wonky. Even the owner couldn't solve our problems. No proper room service. In our 3 day long trip our room wasn't cleared or cleaned once. No restaurant facilities available. Not even simple things such as coffee or maggi is available. Even upon request, they won't turn on the generator for power backup in the day, my husband needed power for his laptop urgently for work. Very pathetic staff. They have all amenities available to show but nothing works. The generator, the central heating, water heater everything is there but they chose not to turn them on and the excuse is that we booked accommodation only and it's on their disposal whether or not they would provide us the amenities.

Food is not good. Location is the only thing good about this hotel. Near the main market. That's it. No regular hot water. No fan if you need in summer time. Most of the time shower will not work.

Rooms are very good spacious neat and clean. Service is very bad. WiFi was working in reception but on 2nd floor. In the morning running water was not there when I called reception did not given proper answer when it will start. I had to leave early so I went without Bath. This was biz are in terms of service. Hotel location and aura is good. Service is not up to the mark.
WiFi was not working and hot water was not there till 7:00 Am which was very bad because I need to check out at 7:30 Am so I had to leave without Bath. I was very disappointed with that.

Worst hotel ever stayed. No room heating, no room service. Worst food taste. Complete waste of trip.

No room heating facility in 15 degrees temperature. Bad hot water facility. No cleanliness. Over priced. Won't recommend for a stay at least in winters. Can't comment about summer stay.

Odd location, difficult to transport.

Worse rooms, I have come across. Filthy smell from room is welcoming you . Although they changed the room after complaint but only room changed not smell. Dirty sheets, towels, curtain, pillow cover. You can teach your children how dirty a hotel could be. But they charge you like they are providing 5 star amenities. Worst hotel I have come across. I could have given but there is no option. Never book this hotel.

Few rooms were not good. However, the management was kind to change and give us good rooms. Food was very good. Location is good as it’s close to the market.
