I have booked this hotel by mistake and realized one's I reached to Varanasi. However, I have discussed with MMT and Property owner and both of them didn't help me out to change the property due to delay and policy as per booking. Nevermind I accepted my mistake. But hotel staff told me you can leave and we will cancel you booking so you can get the refund. they lied and waited 3 hours no response. finally decided to stay and continue. it was terrible room. staff is not responded and they didn't even give basic things like soap, towel. people usally go there for fun ...and. stuff. don't book this property and better leave. so many stuff happening there. you might be the victim ones you stay there.

You should contact hotel owner. You yourself stayed here and happily departured. Guest for us is god But like you is horrible to treat. How come you can write such a rubbish thing. Hotelier can pursue in court for such a bad language.

I had a very bad experience staying here. The service was extremely poor . The room was dirty and poorly maintained, with uncomfortable bedding . Noise levels were unbearable, making it impossible . Basic amenities were either missing or not working properly. Definitely not worth the money, and I would never recommend this place to anyone. Stay away!

Most pathetic hotel experience of my life.

They provided room with no cleaning after previous guest checked-out. We slept with flipping bedsheet from other side. With odor and dirty 'everything eyes could see' we got no linen, no toiletries, no mosquito repellent even after making request for two times. I tried and contacted makemytrip customer assistance over call three times but outcomes were nothing.

I booked the guest house through "make my trip. Suraj guest house, varanasi was cheap and nice. We did not face any problem in staying there, and everything went well. Some shortcomings that i felt while staying in the guest house 1. Tv was not working in the room. 2. Soap should have been provided separately for the latrine bathroom, but we had to ask and then it was given to us. By the way, the suraj guest house's staff is supportive and cheerful.

The room i choose to stay was actual opposite as shown. It was in so terrible to stay there, that i had to check out with the very first light of the morning beside to stay there for two night. That 6-7 hours stay was worse than a refuge camp, a nightmare for me. I paid you for two days and one night and check out in six hours. So. Leave it.

Very poor experience. All the rooms are dirty as hell. Bedsheets are very much used and not washed from months. Walls are full of paan stains. Washrooms are blocked and dirty. Everywhere cigarette smell. Very bad experience.
