TV didn’t work. After asking for several times i was given a glass and an ashtray. Asked to dine at the restaurent. No towel or any basic amenities were given.

the didn't provide towel,shop handwash and water... and asking for water they charged for water...... hotel staff not co-operetive...

Discugting and very very poor quality hotel. Hotel invorment it's completely below catagory. Bad bad

The room was not tidy. Tv not working, no mosquito repellent provided. No towels or toiletries provided. Service was also quite late.

Room was hygienic and clean. Food was very good. Property is located centrally and nearby to station and bus stand.

Receptionist behaviour very bad, room service is bad. Room catagory poor. Door lock damaged. Bathroom not clean.

Proper blanket was not provided in 2 rooms as we have booked for 3 rooms. Receptionist hospitality was extremely poor.

Geyser was nonfunctional. Staff were non-responsive. They have not come for room cleaning. Security guards knock the door and shout for occupancy because they don't maintain guests record properly.

Staff behaviour is very bad, in room not having any phone to contact room service, they given one mobile no. That also keep switched off, no ac remote, no regulator of fan, full ungine room, during food delivery not even able to provide spoon while asked they said not having now you can understood the situation of hotel,

We can find and smell condom if we open the front window. Price too high as per the property amenities and facility. Looks like this hotel is only for lovers. Poor reception staff. Need to have proper cleaning in the room. Smelly bed sheets and pillows.

The location is the prime location of asansol. Good ambience and behaviour of the staff is excellent.

Don't go to this hotel, terrible experience bad smell is coming in the room, i think from many days they are not using this room, no cleaning no neatness, i paid for 3+2 members in app but again they changed 1000-and they gave 2 double rooms, because of bad smell we vacate the room at 4

1st of all koi v waiter nhi room me leke jane wale customer ko khud jana prta hai 2nd no television set-up box available means tv service was unavailable 3rd only 25 minutes early check in ke lye 300 rupees pay krna para. Mai whoa pe 1 ghante early reach kiya 1 hour ke lye to thik hai charge liya gaya but actually 1st room jo mujhe provide kiya gaya wo kafi dirty tha then he said please wait 10-15 minutes but room change krone me hi lg gaya ab bacha only 15-20 minutes yani only 15-20 minutes early check in ke lye 300 extra liya gaya

No room service hotel like abounded place only entertain at booking counter at the time of booking and no one will give any response

Hotel location is far from asansol station. Not suitable for public who are here for work in and around the mandi area. Public conveyance is very hard to find for this location in the evening from 8. This hotel is not a place for a family to stay. Hotel people do not greet while entry or exit. No room kit is provided. Not even water etc. I don't know why the hotel carries a very bad reputation in the market. Wherever i said that i am staying in meera international they all said that it's not a good and safe place to stay at. I have not tasted the food so cannot comment on it.
