Sheets were crisp and clean always. Room had good air flow. Staff helped with wake-up call service when requested.

When I was allotted a completely different room that did not match the images . Moreover, the room provided was extremely dirty, unhygienic, and in unacceptable condition for a guest’s stay. This experience was highly disappointing

Room was not clean Water bottles not provided complementary & also when we ordered water bottles for which we paid They gave us local water bottles Linens was also dirty And we entered the room there was a smell like smoking area Staff behaviour was ok

Very Bad Staff, Rooms are not clean, dirty mattress cover(Bedsheet), Dirty pillow cover. off AC from reception in morning 8AM. when we check in, receptionist shows arrogant mood. They asked to convert into deluxe room. Means they r not happy that we book suite room through MMT. Breakfast Is very bad. Only one option Poha/Aloo Paratha. they serve only single pcs of aloo paratha. pickle is very old. overall experience is very bad. Not expected MMT to list these type of bad hotels.

Make my trip my should watch or regular servey on their hotels about the infra mentainance and the service they are offering and what they are delivering. In most of the cases there is a huge difference. At last it looses trust of their customers on make my trip deals
