Deep House Stay

Firstly, the room i booked was given to someone else. Then to my surprise the rooms which are shown. The windows are broken, no curtain, no water, and the room stinks. Then they made arrangements in different room, where the mosquitos were living. Literally we couldn't sleep the whole night. Even in the other room which was offered there was no water and if we get water taps were leaking and the room use to be full of water. They won't even check if the rooms are available before assigning you the rooms. If you want to have a great trip call the hotel directly and book your room. They are terrific.

During our stay, my companions and I encountered substandard conditions at the property, as highlighted. The cleanliness standards of the common areas and the pathway leading to our room were appalling. Additionally, the location of our room adjacent to a dumping site made the environment unsanitary and completely unfit for habitation. Considering the significant sum of around 10 thousand paid for just 2 nights, it was disheartening to receive accommodations of such low quality. The lack of basic amenities such as hot water, wifi, and mobile signal coverage, along with missing essentials like a door mat outside the bathroom and a mirror, further compounded our dissatisfaction. Given the amount paid, one would expect accommodations of at least three or four-star quality. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of this expectation. The condition of the rooms, walls, paints, and windows was deplorable, with evident dirt and dust accumulation throughout.

It was a nightmare. Shabby room, no bath towel, not even a clean toilet and no supplies like soap, shampoo, bed linens or blankets. No wi-fi and no electricity made matters worse. I don’t think I will ever stay at this place nor would I recommend anyone to stay there either. Reality is way different from what photos reveal 😞

I booked two rooms through you but the owner to given to somebody and saying no rooms i argued and to ready to give police complaint then he request us to arrange small room at another home due to heavy ruch thiy worst experience to me my family members

Worst property, not maintained at all, do not book at all. No basic facilities. We had booked this property for 2 nights but left it after 1 night stay only.

Stay was nothing like ahowed in pictures. Looking at the quality of thw stay, it was 10 times highly priced. That happened due to booking it. We got only one room on first day though we had already got confirmation of booking of two rooms which was prepaid. Owner was very reluctant for making other room available which he had given to some other customer. We had extreme difficulty to get our prebooked room. Cuatomer was also not much of a help. Ac was not working in one room. Doors didn't have auto lock and were in worned conditions. Hot water was not available in both rooms. No intrcom available. We had to call room service guy on mobile every-time we needed anything. Washrooms were dirty. No house keeping services were available.

This hotel doesn’t have anything no management nobody to response to your needs and queries rooms are like ghost houses cleanliness they don’t even know washroom you are able to find lizards cockroaches and if your lucky enough snakes also might be your guest toilets everywhere painting has been done my those workers themselves and the there’s no idea of attendants to guest nobody ask u anything if you want to do adventure in non cleanliness hotel and this is the place

We went that hotel at 8 pm around and that was looking very horrible like no body can stay at that place some where inside that hotel wrote like don’t enter this area like this.

The location and staff is good. The place is at a walking distance to kudle beach and sunset point.

This is place has its own vibe. A very calm and nice place to stay. The staff are very friendly. There's a place for a beautiful sunset that nobody should miss if you visit there. Food is nice especially the chicken sandwich 😋. It's a good stay and worth the price.

actuality there is no tent and other facilities are there

The owner could've taken the bare minimum responsibility of keeping the property looking good and livable. The room is in a very old crumbling house with zero maintenance. The room has just a dim light and a slow fan along with a dusty smell. The staffs at the property were responsive/friendly and all and that is the only good factor. Rest of the property ks terrible and a disgrace to other people who renew old properties and create good stays.

This place has nothing to offer. As soon as you reach, they start up-selling their space for upgradation, no fans, no basic lights or charging points. A big no no from my side.

they showed rooms as luxurious but when we went there the rooms are very terrible with lizard's and mosquito 🦟 and also there is common restroom for all people with minimum facilities

Well, sunny paradise is a good place to stay having nearby beaches and famous temple in just under a km. He service is excellent, but they just need need to clean up the property. Other than that everything was good and worth for money.

The room is not at stay worthy. Sanitisation missing no hygiene

Very bad hotel no cleanliness hygienic conditio worst our driver also was not ready to stay in the roomwhich we book for us concern person was in family function attending person was not aware of anything. No thanks i don't want discount i want my money back. It's of no use please refund monet

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting for future.

It was a good stay. The place is as advertised. The garden is nice. Loved the hammocks. The place is close to sunset point. Equally distanced from kudle beach on one end and gokarna beach on the other. Awesome place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Do visit the temple in the morning when you get a chance.

The property's location is near the temple and beaches. The rooms with attached bathrooms are better than the rooms with common washrooms. Try to book the rooms in sunny's paradise with attached washrooms then your stay will be very nice.
