Very bad experience, hotel service was too bad, bedroom was dirty and also water leakage in the washroom. Mirror was dirty and window is broken.Also no one answering a call on reception and all the staff behaviour was too rude

Hotel manager was good and helpful. but overall rooms need more cleaning. The basic cleaning of bathrooms and rooms needs to do more. it's not upto the mark as per the price. Geyser was also not working, and didn't seem like it broke that day. If cleaning is done more then this is a option.

World third class hotel, very bad service & room quality, totally disappointed i suggest don't book this hotel any one. If possible please at-least 50 % refund my money.

So small room. Check out time is morning 7am. Which is not suitable. Worst experience. 4 wheeler cannot be go there, no parking. Not good for vegetarian.

Very bad accomodation. It's very far away from the temple and there is no car parking. You have to walk almost 20 mins to park your car and they made a false claim about the temple's distance. Bad hospitality and worst hygiene. Not recommended

This hotel is a good average budget hotel located near of the sargadwar sea beach in puri. Walking distance to sea beach.

Uncleaned room overall average comfortable. No needed things in washroom. Improve it.

It was very clean and the staffs were very humble

Good, neat and clean room. Very near to the shree jagannath temple and also to the beach. Maintenance is also good.

1. Rude behavior of service boys manager and management. 2. We stayed for 4 days, on the first day we complained that tv is not working. Til the check out day they didn't solved the problem. 3. No proper ventilation. 4. No proper cleanliness. 5. Water clotting problem in bathroom. 6. Non-cooperating management.

Not refund my money i am not stay because my train is cancell issue for train accident in balasore. I request pols refund my money

Must focus on cleanliness

room was not spacious compared to photos, towel provided were torn nd dirty, the cheap quality matters and thin comforter provided made resting hard, glass was smelly 🤢 and patchy, washroom door was unable to lock from inside, refused tp provide new room.
