Stillwater Homestay

Room was always damped, no fan in the room, there was no mosquito net into window, stray dogs roaming in the property, caretakers didn't understand anything else apart from Kannada, breakfast was terrible, no dinner arrangement (only specific meals), no change of sheets, no dryer. It was terrible. Owner was not responsive

Good space had a great time. Place is next to lake has an amazing atmosphere with good host. Would love to travel again.

Still water homestay was very disappointing, extremely overpriced. Rooms were very small, smelly poorly maintained. Sheets and blankets looked unwashed and cheap. Basic amenities like bath towels and dustbins were not provided. There was no hot water for the shower. In one of the rooms there were ants coming out of the roof into the bed. Bathrooms were also not very clean. The stay was not upto the mark for the amount paid.

for the booking done for 2 days,the rooms were not clean , doormats were untidy, small lizard in the bathroom all along with a fear where it would fall on us, and beds not comfortable for a good night sleep. location wise, the atmosphere was all too good, with nice greenery all around. food veg was good both dinner as well as breakfast . with the discomfort of the room,beds we had to move out a day earlier than our planned 2 day stay

Just a few days ago, i embarked on a solo trip, which was not planned until the last minute. On my search for a suitable place to stay, i stumbled upon still water homestay. The experience was great with a lovely atmosphere and friendly owners and their children. The food served during my stay was also commendable, and caretaker to be appreciated. Overall satisfied.
