It was excellent stay and very good property very neat and clean,we had a good stay there, rooms also very nice i forgot to take the pics of the rooms very spacious neat and large bathroom we taken three rooms it's just like home and they allow as to cook also it's near to rock beach and all famous locations also and for cooking they provide they to provided utensils over all good stay. coming to staff mr.susindran & mr.naveen both are very humble persons help us alot very polite. thank you guys🙂😊 for our comfortable stay.....if any one want comfortable and peacefull you can go for it.....I will give 5 star rating to this property...

Rooms are very good. View also good. Receiving and room services also good. Very good stay for married couples. Rooms service boys also very nice and respond good. Very near to beach and french colony and shopping. Availability of food also very good near by. If i visit pondicherry again i will be going to stay here only. Very comfortable and peaceful stay. We booked a standard room through makemytrip, when we went there they said it was not available, made us walk to a different location and also wanted extra money coz only deluxe room was available. Very poor service. The person incharge for allotting rooms did not have any patience to listen to what we wanted, was very rude with no basic manners. Would never recommend this place to anybody.

dear madam, you booed a room for 958rs at the time booked the room in two minutes i call you and tell that room is in renovation so i give another room with upgrade and extra charge you tell me in phone its i pay for you i have call record madam.i give the best room in 100m you now its a new property in same beach road.you put a review i give the room outside of10km away IMPORT AT LAST I TOLD I DONT NEED YOUR EXTRA MONEY.we have basic manner so only i conform the booking or i can able to cancel booking. don't make false words in phone and direct. i never see a guest like you.

We had a beautiful friday here. We opted for the top floor where there was a roof with tables and we had a small private party there. It was a nice little stay altogether

The villa was in a main area and very near to the beach and lots of cafes. Check-in was easy and the room was neat. Food delivery was also available.

Worth for the money

Excellent service. Room and especially toilet was very clean and mr. Naveen was there to help us whenever we needed. Even-though it's public parking, your car will be very safe.

The stay at spanish villa was very comfortable. Entire family enjoyed the stay. The only point to be taken care is food. But we can find ab in 600m. The incharges are very polite and helpful. Walkable distance to go to manakula vinayagar temple and annai ashram. I will recommend this place to my friends.

Location: 5 mins to the promenade beach, churches and in the midst of white town. Host: best part of the stay is the host, mr. Surinandan. He is so polite and hospitable. I stayed with my family and he was so generous to take luggage, arrange taxi, auto. He is a gem person. He fulfilled all the needs that we asked for. Rooms: rooms are super clean. I stayed in double deluxe room which had a tv fridge, a living area and an extra room. The ac gave us no trouble. Full marks for the hygiene. Budget: at this price, you should not miss the property. Very highly recommended if you are travel-ling with family.
