The view is scenic from the room. Very comfortable rooms with all the amenities you’ll need. The kitchen closes at 10:30 pm. So, order accordingly.

Visited at end of jean 24. We were lucky to get snowfall. Best view, food and location. Must book.

We got good reception with warm tea. Employees are well mannered and behaving in nice. Rooms are excellent with cleanliness. Bathroom have hot water and other things needed especially moistner, shampoo and bath towel with hygeine. Foods are tasty. Room service available on call. Gave me rooms with balcony.

This was our third time at snow country every time great experience but this time there was frighten-us disaster but all staf and the owner and his son help us like god

Muje bhut acha laga ya-ha ruk ke. I think yeah best hotel hai as a couple muje acha laga near by manali bus stand or jade tar gumnai ki jag a ya-ha sai pass hai. Thanks a lot for making my trip excellent

I can say this is the excellent hotel providing a great service. I have not seen such a great service. They are very friendly. Sure i will come here only again if i visit manali, only because of their service. I love their tea too

Bathroom geyser was leaking. Continue water was falling on toilet seat. When i complained to hotel senior manager, he gave different excuses but not even bothered to repair it. We somehow crossed the night, as we didn't had any other option. That was a terrible experience to remember whole life. I'll never ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Visited this hotel from 17th to 21st march 2022. Property was good located on naggar road. Rooms and bathroom was neat & clean. Though choice of food menu was limited, quality of food was good. Staff was prompt & polite. Room service too was prompt. Hotel manager, mr nandlal, helped in completing check in formalities quickly. Overall a good experience, shall recommend to others.

Good stay, clean and spacious room. Value of money. Kitchen was not available all the time i think because of off season (august 2021) rest everything was good

Good place to stay at affordable price. Its walking 25min from mall road and lot of buses available too which go down. Food is also affordable and good.
