They are not giving us the room

Property is okay, overall cleanliness and hygiene is very poor and our room was stinking cause of a dead rat and when requested to change rooms they cleaned it instead of a change. The hotel kitchen is not available so do not expect any food or drinks.

I had a very disappointing stay at Silver Oak Hotel. The room was not tidy, and the washroom had a terrible smell, making it uncomfortable to use. To make matters worse, the TV was not working, and despite informing the staff, no action was taken. The service was absolutely pathetic—slow responses, lack of professionalism, and no effort to address the issues. For the price paid, I expected at least basic cleanliness and functionality, but this stay was far from satisfactory. Would not recommend unless major improvements are made!

The rooms was not cleaned, such as bed sheet, pillows, sofa, bathroom all are not cleaned. It was not satisfactory even though after changing the washed cover. It was not expected from an international hotel. I would like to share some of the photograph.

Location was good. Room was average and washroom was also good. Cab facility was costly but was good.

The property was good near and clean. It is located in the centre of the city, increasing the accessibility to any place in the city. Food was awesome. For veg lovers, try pane-er chilly and dry manchurian. It was yummy. Even the main course dal fry was awesome. Parathas were just like home made.

Cleaning facility not proper. Entertainment facility very bad. Drinking water between 4 person only one bottle provide. This is justified ? please provide your facility chart for future hotel booking.

They don’t even have extra bed when we booked a room for 3 and master bed was just for 2

Hygiene was not maintained, very dusty and dirty. Hot water was not available for majority of our stay. Lifts were not properly functional. Towels and bedsheets were stained. Balcony sliding door were not secure.

The property is not maintained well, the rooms were quite dirty. The necessary toiletries were very present and the services were not up to the mark.

Hotel staff were very good and attentive, but the cleanliness is not upto mark. Toilet seems a bit rustic and bedsheets had some stains. Thanks for the maintenance guys who changed it immediately. No proper lighting inside the room. Overall an average stay. Seems like an old hotel. Need to upgrade

No proper service. No clean rooms. Bedspreads were tainted and no proper service for food. Never informed the people at stay about no food availability from the kitchen. Extremely rude staff for night shift. They do not maintain decorum of the restaurant or the “make my trip”. Seek extra money for their resonance property gain. They receive payment for the person, and not the room. This was atrocious.

I found the place very clean and peaceful. The staff are courteous and nice. Overall, i had a good experience.

It was most pathetic stay i ever had.

Staff is extremely good. Food is horrible, room has to be more clean not satisfied with room cleanliness.

The experience was good with silver oak team. Very nice staff and good services. But a small suggestion to look after the restaurant as the servings nada sitting arrangement for muslims is not as it was mentioned. We experienced a moment when we were there to had dinner. Alcohol is being served just beside the table and also the food was being misplaced by the drunken people.

Went with kid staff were friendly hotel is not maintained well food is too costly and not nice felt price is bit costly for the room

The staff in the hotel is excellent. They are polite and helpful. The service is quick and good. The food was not too great as there was only south indian breakfast for the buffet. There was no fruit or egg or bread. I requested a boiled egg for my baby which they provided without any additional cost. The rooms were huge for the cost i paid. It was literally 4 rooms that we got for the cost of two. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were clean. They provided toiletries and had a hair dryer in the washroom. I rated this hotel average because it needs renovation. The furniture and rooms look old. There were stains here and there which makes the place look really untidy and uncomfortable. If they make changes in that this would be a great place to stay. It is situated at a great place with nearby restaurants and shops. The major attractions were around 5-7 km away. Getting an auto/cab is really easy till late at night from this hotel.

Good accommodation and support it was a good experience staying at the hotel. Room is very spacious and ac working good
