Worst stay ever, very bad room condition, Manager was rude and no request were taken serious careless staff

Worst stay. No cleaniness. No air flow in the rooms. Cockroaches, cigarette ash on bed back. I wouldn’t not recommend to book this hotel at all at any point if time.

Rooms are very small and no ventilation . Its very smelly and no proper cleaning. Hotel staff very dull

Room and bathroom was very dirty

Rooms are not so clean and due to on mall road location parking is a problem.

He charged us 1k more for room as that room which was offered was too dirty to live. The hotel location is good

The room was not having the things as it was mentioned . when asked the hotel staff, he said that has added it and they are not accountable for that. So it is my request not mention anything which is not there from hotel side.

Pathetic service, pathetic staff and pathetic hotel. No towel, no soap, no hand-wash, dirty floor, dirty bedsheets, charging for water bottle, dirty kitchen, no kettle nothing. stinking rooms.

room is pathetic & my deluxe room is provided to someone else this is not accepted , we have managed in the other family room .

Night shift reception bed behaviour and talking toxic

First of all property location is wrong they don't tell you this until you are a girl, they even offered to send a guy to pick her up when he was on call with lady customer but when i called firstly it was raining and he was guiding me in a very rudely manner. Also when i called them to inform that i will be checking-in late, not sure why but he told me that my booking is cancel-led (which was not. Then when we asked for 3 towel he was keep saying that it will come in 1/2 hour but it never came until i have to personally go to reception and asked for it, that too they were giving excuses that they will give it next morning, but i asked them to give me right way on which i got only 1 towel.

Hotel didn't have proper washroom and it wasn't clean the place around the bed was all spots red colour the bedsheet. Hotel in mall road didn't have taxis coming in n not mention about so we have to pay person to get a luggage from the barrier to the gate and back while going

The experience was very awesome but, the hotel manager got shocked that we got 4 rooms at the price of two standard rooms. overall the experience was very good. Thanks Make My Trip!!!

We stayed for one day at Hotel Shivam on 07/12/2024. Property's location was good but room allotted below basement. Only tea was available but not food.

Pros: this hotel is one of the best budget hotels in mussoorie. The location is nearby just after the check post of the mall road. Staff behaviour and cleanliness is very good. Cons: this location showing in the map is wrong. It is showing 1 km away. Initially we went to the wrong location, which is very hectic because of ups and down hills. Rented bikes and scooty are not allowed to this area, which is a big trouble and there is no parking area nearby. You have to park anywhere on the road side which is risky. Food was not available during my stay.
