There were a problem, but enjoyed a lot

When i called shay-an homestay at morning on the day of our check in, they called the homestay was full and there were no room for new guest. I told them that i booked through mmt, and i already paid. Then they said that they don’t rely on online bookings. Then they said that they’ll arrange our room in a different homestay. The name is yolmo homestay & yolmo resort, you can find it in mm t by the name of yolmoz. That was awesome. We loved it

We have stayed 1 night before reaching to darjeeling. We enjoyed this home stay is very much. Owner lady nishuji has taken care of fooding and arrange best lodging for us. They have 2 bigger size rooms. Entire home stay was very clean and have excellent level of privacy. We will recommend to stay at least one night to take the flavour.

Its only demerit is its location. It is 26 kms far from Darjeeling. The place is peaceful, clean. We had a nice stay. Owner of home hosted us well. We had good food, comfortable stay and homely environment.

Located far from busy market. Isolated from main village. Room was big and comfortable. The view from balcony during moonlit night was an extraordinary experience. Homemade food was excellent. Service is very satisfying.
