Room is Good but service not good..Breakfast fix one idli , one vada , little bit upma .. its not sufficient..other than ok

Very poor service and room not cleaning properly and room telephone no working and staff is not friendly

Staff at reception didn’t know how hospitality industry works. They had no idea of customer service. The ground staff however was very nice and tried to cover for the fiasco at reception but the first impression when you check itself was disappointing.

Good: food is tasty and fresh, hygiene level maintained, spacious room and washroom bad: mosquitoes in room

the bedsheets were not clean. the fittings in the room are quite old and worn out . there was no one to pickup luggage from room

Good parking space. Very plea-sent stay. Service is good. Very much comfort and spacious in room. Food quality is excellent. Tea and coffee at very much affordable price.

Overall it's just average. Room cleanliness is not good. Very old property. The complementary breakfast is just 1 small idly vada and a sweet.

Very bad service, even the staff misbehaved, they asked for extra money, and eve the service and the room was not good.

Ac were stopped working in both rooms but the service staff was excellent they changed the room immediately

Went with family. Overall experience was 7/10. The resort was managed above average. The water was clean and the room area too. The major drawback were 1. No coffee maker in the room. 2. One has to wait till 8 am for ordering morning tea. 3. The eating area is a disappointment with less fans and too small for the number of visitors who come 4. The breakfast was very limited with only idli, medu vada, bread butter, upma and sheera + tea coffee. Rest other items are payable. This looked a bit awkward and will disappoint the paying guests staying in the rooms. 5. For room guests the breakfast area should be air conditioned. 5. The air conditioned restaurant for lunch n dinner was good, service and food were very good. The resort is well spread and gives a relaxed feeling

Stay and food was excellent . Water park on weekend is over crowded n doubt the hygiene as well . But water park is huge and kids will enjoy . Overall good experience

We had nice time in your resort and waterpark. Our kids enjoyed a lot in the waterpark. They played in each and every water rides. As there wasn't so much crowd in the waterpark our kids had lots of fun.

The rooms were clean and neat staff is good. Fast service. But the day canteen and break fast is bad. Like complementary one is very bad. Not worth of mony. The other restaurant is really good

Very bad experience hospitality is very poor glasses was not clean rooms are as a dhaba no any person to take luggage from cab & for reception have to gone 40 up stairs with luggage
